Thrive Alabama offers services just for women and your specific healthcare needs. When you're ready to start a family, our social workers will help you get the care you need from providers we partner with. Services are charged on a sliding fee scale, according to eligibility.

We provide

  • Preventative Care Our nutritional specialist and primary care providers will work to help you achieve overall good health

  • Family Planning services We offer consultation and information about birth control methods and medications, helping our patients make the best choice

  • Cancer Screenings Breast, cervical (PAP smear), and colon

  • Chronic Disease Management Managing illnesses such as diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, and heart conditions through an integrated care plan of checkups, screenings, and monitoring
