ThriveMobile, our 33-foot clinic on wheels, helps Thrive Alabama serve people all across our 12-county service area who might have transportation barriers to care. ThriveMobile goes monthly to the local Department of Human Resources and First Stop, a day shelter for the homeless population. ThriveMobile is at DHR every third Wednesday of the month, and at First Stop every second Tuesday. The vehicle has a fully-functional exam room and helps us take our services to various events and locations across north Alabama to provide testing for HIV and STIs, after which we can quickly link the patients to the care they need.
